X-Ray Technologist 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ocean County Board of Health is seeking quotations for an X-Ray Technologist Services for the period beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

Background Information:

The Ocean County Board of Health is tax-exempt government unit. The award of an open-end contract for the provision of approximately 60 to 70 X-Rays per year (based on previous three year history) is anticipated to be made in December 2025 based on the most advantageous terms, price and other factors considered. Interested parties must submit quotes by November 12 at 11:30 a.m. at which time they will be read aloud at 175 Sunset Ave., Toms River, NJ 08755. The Ocean County Board of Health (OCBH) will consider proposals for a two-year contract or a one-year contract with an option to extend for one-year at the discretion of the OCBH. General Requirements:

1.   Quotes for X-Ray Technologist and digital imaging services are being requested. Provider must have mobile x-ray capability and provide on-site radiology at Ocean County Board of Health Clincs.

2.   Provide line item pricing and upload additional information form and certification in the E-Procurement portal.

3.   Vendor/contractor shall provide a copy of its W-9 before award of contract.

4.   Vendor/contractor shall provide a copy of the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and Iran, Russia and Belarus prohibited activities disclosure before award of contract.

5.   Vendor/contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Ocean County Board of Health as additional insured in a minimum amount of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 aggregate general liability; $1,000,000 auto liability each accident, combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage; worker’s compensation in the statutory minimum and employer’s liability coverage of at least $100,000 for each accidental injury and with respect to bodily injury by disease, $100,000 each employee and $500,000 per policy year before award of contract.
