Description

This project is in part funded by a grant from New York State Department of State. The following goals have been established:

15 % for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”) participation

15 % for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) participation and

6% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses participation.

Bid Submissions must be submitted in PASSPort. Bid Opening will be held on April 17, 2026 at 11:30am via Zoom Link.
