1. Master Agreement for 9" x 12" flat envelopes in accordance with RFQ 10A 260623-324, Appendix B. One carton equals 500 envelopes. Estimated annual quantity for evaluation is 660 cartons. Deliveries will be made to the State Postal Center, 85 Leighton Road, Augusta, Maine, unless otherwise directed by the Requesting Department. Ship and bill in 30,000-envelope increments, equal to 60 cartons, unless otherwise approved by the Requesting Department. |
