Department of Veterans Affairs
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the Raleigh Vet Center, an existing lease, located in Raleigh, NC Carolina. The current lease is expiring August 14, 2025.

All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy, the space is required on or before October 1, 2024. Term, lease term will be 20 years; 10-year firm fixed price with additional 10 one - year soft terms.
The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise, the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 8851 Ellstree Lane, Suite 122, Raleigh, NC 27617.
The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Raleigh Vet Center should relocate.
Any expressions of interest should be directed to Barry Butler, Lease Contracting Officer. Email (barry.butler2@va.gov) is the preferred method of communication. All responses are due by December 20, 2024.
