WYNNE EMERGENCY RESPONSE - WASTEWATER IMPROVMENTS
VORTEX GRIT REMOVAL EQUIPMENT AND GRIT CLASSIFIERS
OWNER PROCUREMENT
Sealed Bids for Wynne Water Utilities – Vortex Grit Equipment and Grit Classifiers - Owner Procurement will be received by Wynne Water Utilities, at the office of Wynne Water Utilities, 550 Falls Blvd, Wynne, AR 72396 until 2:00PM Central Standard Time, May 27, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project generally consists of materials procurement of two Vortex Grit Equipment Units and associated Grit Classifiers.
Bids may be delivered by any means available except electronically (fax or email). Fax/email bids will not be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to see that their bid is at the designated location by the time stated above. Those not received by that time will not be considered. Wynne Water Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of Wynne Water Utilities, accept the bid that is in Wynne Water Utilities best interest.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.

Bids will be received for a single Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained online from the Issuing Office upon payment of $25.00 for each set at www.cristengineers.com . The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
