2025-08 WYNCREST ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids addressed to the Business Administrator of the Township of Marlboro will  be received up to 10:00 AM prevailing time on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at which time and place bids will be  opened  and  read  aloud  in  Meeting  Room  1  of  the  Marlboro  Township  Administration  Building,  1979  Township   Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746 for the following:

WYNCREST ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II

The  project  generally  consists  of  the  resurfacing  of  Wyncrest  Road  from  Route  18  to  County  Road  520.    The improvements  include  excavation,  milling  and  the  overlaying  of  roadways  with  hot  mix  asphalt  9.5M64  surface course, hot mix asphalt base repair where necessary, removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete curb and concrete curb and gutter, installation of ADA curb ramps and detectable warning surfaces, traffic striping, and the reconstruction of inlets and the installation of bicycle safe grates and Type ‘N’ ECO inlet castings as required by the Tier “A” Municipal Stormwater Regulations, and stormwater management improvements as required.

This  contract  or  subcontract  is  expected  to  be  funded  in  part  with  funds  from  the  New  Jersey  Department  of  Environmental  Protection  and  the  New  Jersey  Environmental  Infrastructure  Trust.  Neither  the  State  of  New  Jersey, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust nor any of their departments, agencies or employees is,  or  will  be,  a  party  to  this  contract  or  subcontract  or  any  lower  tier  contract  or  subcontract.  This  contract  or  subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5, 9 and 10.
