Summary

Collin College is seeking qualified proposals for parking lot paving for the Wylie Campus Career and Technical Education (CTE) Center.

The Wylie CTE Center parking lot consists of earth work, reinforced concrete paving, landscaping, irrigation, storm drainage, and parking lighting. In conjunction with paving, Collin College is soliciting alternate proposals 1, 2, 3, and 4 on the parking lot to the north of the Wylie Campus (as explained in more detail within the project attachments), which consist of excavation, reinforced concrete paving, landscaping, irrigation, storm drainage elements, and electrical components with parking lighting. Please refer to the project attachments for further in-depth detail.

Background

Pending Board of Trustees approval, work is tentatively scheduled to begin in January 2026 and conclude in August 2026.
