2026 Wyatt Avenue Stormwater and Sewer Replacement Project

The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Wyatt Avenue Stormwater and Sewer Replacement Project. The proposed scope of work includes: approximately 290 LF of new stormwater piping; 170 LF of new PVC sewer piping; tree removal; demolition and removal of the existing utilities; resurfacing of the damaged intersection; and reconnection of the existing sewer and stormwater connections with stabilization to restore the area after construction.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The site visit will begin at the intersection of Bradley St. and Wyatt Ave. (across from 209 Wyatt Ave.), in Clemson, SC (29631).

Bids will be received until March 5, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST and promptly thereafter all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is February 24, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST.
