The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following supplies:

Specifications
1. Watercraft

A. Boat
i. Design: Tunnel Hull
ii. Length: 18 ft minimum
iii. Weight Capacity: 1500 lbs. minimum
iv. Hull Material and Thickness: Aluminum, .100¿ Gauge minimum
v. Fuel Capacity: 18 gallon minimum
vi. Finish: Coated to prevent corrosion

B. Motor
i. Type: Outboard with Jet Foot
ii. Rating: 80 Horsepower minimum
iii. Electric Start

C. Deck Arrangement
i. Flooring surface: Coated Non-Skid
ii. Console: Center
a. Gauges; fuel, tach, speedo, trim
b. Throttle
c. Spray/Wind Screen
iii. Seating: Six (6) minimum

D. Accessories
i. 2-Bank Battery Charger
ii. Installed Lifting Eyelets, 4 each - attached in a manner sufficient to lift
watercraft, motor and accessories with four-leg bridle.
iii. Buoyancy Pods
iv. Bilge Pump
v. Forward and Aft Cleats
vi. Bow Electrical Power Source for trolling motor (motor not included)

Delivery to the WYAO located at 205 Chamberlain Road, Mills WY, 82644. FOB Destination of all watercrafts and trailers with an anticipated delivery date on or before April 1, 2026.

It is anticipated the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 4 June 2025 via the SAM.gov website.

It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.

The product service code is 1990 and the NAICS code is 336612.

HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice.

It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
