Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following supplies:

i.        Generator Load Bank Test Equipment (quantity 1)
1.        Generator Load Bank Test Equipment equal or equivalent to ULB Universal R210 Portable Load Bank
2.        Able to load test 3‐phase voltages of 480, 240, 208 VAC, 60Hz
3.        Able to load test 1‐phase voltages of 240 VAC, 60Hz
4.        Rated: >200 kW at 480 VAC 3 Phase
5.        Rated: >100 kW at 240 VAC 1 phase
6.        Load step resolution: 5 kW @ 480 VAC
7.        External 120 VAC, 1 phase, 60 Hz power source
8.        Portable Weight: Under 350 lbs.
9.        Portable Caster Wheels for ease of moving
10.        Cooling: Fan Forced Air Cooled
11.        Over‐voltage/under‐voltage/voltage imbalance protection
12.        Over‐Temp protection
13.        3 phase current imbalance protection
14.        Cooling‐air loss protection
15.        Fuses for Resistive load element groups
16.        Temporary outdoor use
17.        UL Listed
18.        Controller: Load bank is digitally controlled via touchscreen with data monitoring of Voltage, Current, and KW.
19.        Power Connections: quick‐connect Cam‐Lock receptacles (2 per phase)

The delivery location is: WYAO Warehouse, located at 205 Chamberlain Rd., Mills, WY 82644. FOB Destination of all supplies with an anticipated delivery date of October 30, 2025.

It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with Tradeoff evaluation criteria.

It is anticipated the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 14 May 2025 via the SAM.gov website.

It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.

The product service code is 5975 and the NAICS code is 335999.

HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice.

It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
