This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of External Laboratory Testing for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Wastewater Collections (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP.

Samples from the WWTP are normally collected on a routine schedule, however samples can be requested ad-hoc for any additional needed analysis. Most Samples collected by Source Control are not collected on a routine schedule, often with little to no advanced notice of a sampling event.

The City at its sole discretion may choose to extend for a further one (1) year period.
