The City of Mattoon is accepting bids for the Secondary Clarifiers No. 3 and 4 Rehabilitations at the City of Mattoon Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 820 S. 5thPlace. A mandatory preconstruction meeting will be held onsite on February 5th, 2025at 10 A.M. and will be required to be eligible to bid. Bid documents are available at Beacon.com or by calling the City Clerks Office at 217-235-5654. Bids are due by 11A.M. on Thursday
February 27th ,2025. Revised specs to have correct day and date on specs that bids are due. Addendum #1 is changing the bid opening from Thursday February 27th, 2025 to Wednesday March 12th, 2025.
