The City of Coffeyville is requesting proposals for a three year contract to mow, bale, and remove approximately 16 acres of grassland, a minimum of one time each year.
The site is located across the road north of the City of Coffeyville Wastewater Treatment Plant at 4960 County Road 1400 (Old Parker Road). For information, to receive a copy of the required Proposal Form, or to view the site call 620-252-6039 between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Proposals must be on the “2025-2027 CITY OF COFFEYVILLE WWTP MOWING PROPOSAL FORM” and enclosed in a sealed envelope. Proposals shall be labeled “WWTP Mowing Proposal” on the outside of the envelope and shall be delivered to the City Clerk’s Office, located at 102 West 7th, no later than 2:00 pm on February 18, 2025. Proposals will be opened and reviewed at that time. The City of Coffeyville reserves the right to waive any irregularities in bids or to reject any or all bids.
