WWTP Filter Building Flocculation Equipment (Mixer) 2025

This City of Caldwell is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide the City Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Filter Building with flocculation mixers inside each of two flash mixing basins. The flocculators will enable the City WWTP staff to dose flocculation chemicals ahead of their filter.

All proposals shall be submitted online through the City’s OpenGov procurement portal prior to the due date and time. No late proposals will be accepted.

The City of Caldwell WWTP holds an NPDES permit with phosphorus limits to be met by 2026.

PURPOSE: The City of Caldwell (Owner) is adding a flocculation stage to their existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) as part of a project to add chemical addition to their tertiary filtration process. Procurement Contract Documents have been prepared to solicit Proposals to be submitted for review. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Supplier with demonstrated experience with flocculation equipment.
