WWTP Aeration Basin Expansion - Engineering and Related Services

The City of Wilsonville, Oregon is requesting Proposals in order to select a qualified consultant to provide professional services for the WWTP Aeration Basin Expansion (“Project”). Consultants are invited to demonstrate their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required by responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The anticipated negotiated fee for this Project is expected to exceed $250,000; therefore, Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the qualifications-based selection procedures of OAR 137-048-0220. This Project involves federal funds.

Sealed proposals for the Project will be received at Wilsonville City Hall located at 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070 until October 29, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Proposals will be scored and ranked on a qualification basis. Proposals received after the listed time and date due will be returned unopened and without review. Electronically mailed proposals will be accepted.
