City of Tonganoxie (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

2025 WWTF Improvements

23-1106M (KDHE No. C20 3067 01)

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Hall located at 526 E 4th Street, Tonganoxie, KS 66086, until the above time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

- Install 2 new influent pumps

- Install 1 new influent screen with 1 new washer / compactor

- Construct a second aerobic treatment basin, CIP

- Install new diffused aeration system within the existing aerobic digester

- Construct blower pad and install two blowers with piping

- Remove and replace Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) pump

- Install launder covers in the two existing final clarifiers with clarifier mechanism repaint as alternate

- Headworks building improvements – HVAC & Soffit

- Associated site, piping and electrical improvements to accommodate new infrastructure
