Project Description: This Request for Proposals is issued for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide cleaning, sandblasting, inspection, concrete repair/restoration, chemical-resistant coating installation, equipment removal/reinstallation, and site restoration for the Master Lift Station, Headworks, and Screening Structure. Work will be completed in two phases: (1) Headworks and Master Pump Station and (2) Screening Structure, with coordination between the Owner and Contractor to minimize facility downtime.
