ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for the Water Treatment Plant Improvements will be received by the Sallisaw Municipal Authority, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, at City Hall, 115 East Choctaw Street, in the City Clerk’s Office or by mail to P. O. Box 525, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, 74955. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at City Hall, 115 East Choctaw, 3rd Floor Conference Room, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, at 10:00 am, Thursday, April 30th, 2026, Bids will be accepted by the City Clerk during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is received by the time and date specified. Any bids received after the time set for opening will be returned unopened. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with the words “SEALED BID; “Holding Pond Liner - WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS ” on the front of the envelope.
