The HVAC equipment for the Fond Du Lac Bus garage will be replaced and modernized. This project includes buildings 104 (A, B, C, D, and E), building 103/103A, and 102. General scope includes demolition and removal of existing rooftop exhaust fans, make-up air units and other air handlers, gas-fired unit heaters and related infrastructure detailed in the drawings and specifications. Replacement equipment will be installed as scheduled and specified. Support electrical, structural, and control systems to be modified to support the new equipment
