THIS IS AN "INVITATION FOR BIDS".

THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR HUBZONE OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 237310, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $500,000 AND $1,000,000.
