Description:	WSDOT seeks feedback by April 30th from the Tolling Vendor community on the draft Roadway Toll Systems (RTS) Modernization Programs RFP, prior to issuing a final RFP. The final RFP will procure two contracts: (1) ORT RTS including single point and ETL facilities, and (2) Side-Fire RTS including an initial proof of concept and potential to add future full systems.
