WS0149012 Clinton Rose Senior Center Renovations

Work of the project includes predominately interior renovations to the senior center. Scope generally includes demolition of selected existing conditions and construction of new kitchen, computer lab, health rooms, activity rooms, and office space. Finish updates (flooring, walls, cabinetry, ceilings) throughout. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing updates throughout. ADA updates and reconfiguration to restrooms and entryway. The project will also include installing new curb and concrete sidewalk for accessible route from parking lot and other related infrastructure improvements as specified in the bid documents. Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: June 17th, 2025 from 10:30-11:30am. In person meeting will be at the Clinton Rose Senior Center at 3045 North Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53212.
