55CONS intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Prescient Weather Ltd. for access to their Weather Forecasting website. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements listed below may submit capability statements for consideration.

Summary of Statement of Need

The 14th Weather Squadron requires a weather forecasting solution with the following capabilities:

    Seasonal: ECMWF, CFS, CanSIPS, UKMO, BOM, ECCC, CMCC, DWD, JMA, and Meteo France models.

    All models must be bias-corrected, calibrated to real-world physical limitations, and have anomalies calculated using the model’s own reforecast.
