This project includes:
A "Mandatory PREBID SESSION” for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers to questions of parties interested in performing the work, relative to construction details, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on 6/12/2025 in the 3rd Floor Engineering Conference Room of the Public Safety Building, 20 Bedford Street, Cumberland, MD.
The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
