This project includes the removal of the existing tennis courts and the installation of 10 new permanent asphalt-concrete pickleball courts at Grupe Park. The scope includes the removal of the existing tennis court posts, the installation of a new high-galvanized chain-link fence, and modifications to the existing perimeter fence. Existing benches will be removed, and new benches will be installed. An alternate bid is included for the installation of a new shade structure. |
