Contract for the demolition and site restoration of 6 Milwaukee County Parks assets. Base contract is for the Manitoba Park Building, with alternate bids of Cupertino Park Comfort Building, St. Martin's Park Pavilion, Estabrook Park North Comfort Station, Holler Park Pool Basin and Lincoln Park Golf Course Pump House. Bidding Document distribution will be online in the Bid Express internet Bidding System at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/24937/home

Pre-Bid Meeting: February 25, 2026 at 11am via Microsoft Teams. Contact Casey.McQuin@milwaukeecountywi.gov for an invitation. Addendance is optional, but recommended.
