The DOS’ real estate portfolio includes land (improved and unimproved), office buildings, office space, warehouses, recreation areas/centers, representational facilities, residential properties (single, multi-family and apartment buildings), motor vehicle facilities, support facilities, and mixed-use properties that support its diplomatic missions overseas.
