Overview

Summary

The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes removal of the existing stamped asphalt path and replacement with pavers, new concrete monument foundations (monuments to be relocated by others), concrete flush curbing, bollard and accent lighting and associated electrical work, new irrigation system, new decorative benches, landscaping, new pond aerator systems, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be substantially completed by July 31st, 2026.
