1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/PQ and covers a requirement from the following Product Categories of the SA:

- Product Category 1 - Workstation Systems;

- Product Category 2 - Work Surface Products;

- Product Category 6 – Collaborative Products

2. Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) has a requirement for the purchase delivery and installation of office furniture to 300 Georgia street, Vancouver, BC, by March 10, 2025.

3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the PSIB stream of Suppliers (SA holders).

4. There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

5. Competitive procurement strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of contract.
