Workplace Assessments and Leadership & Team Development Supports
|
|
Synopsis:
|
|
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is initiating a Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to solicit proposals from qualified individuals and/or consulting firms interested in serving as consultant to the SHA to support Leadership & Team Development Support work.
Background
Each year the SHA receives a number of internal requests for supports to individuals and teams that are struggling in areas including, but not limited to, the following:
Bullying and Harassment
Lack of self-awareness and emotional/relationship intelligence
Inability to engage in difficult conversations
Lack of psychological safety
Lack of effective leader presence
Lack of meaningful feedback
The SHA is looking for external consulting support from vendors who have a demonstrated history working in a healthcare environment, working in both unionized and non-unionized environments, working in environments with active labour relations investigations and challenges, experience in conducting workplace assessments, consulting and/or providing facilitated support to struggling or in-crisis teams in both unionized and non-unionized environments, and/or who have a demonstrated history and experience in supporting individual leaders to develop capabilities that would allow them to have a more consistent and positive influence on the team(s) that they lead.
