Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
One-Stop Operator Monitoring Services
Application Period: May 4, 2025 – May 11, 2025
The Southeast Arkansas Workforce Development Board (SEAWDB) serving Arkansas, Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, Grant, Jefferson, and Lincoln counties is seeking an independent consultant or firm to conduct One-Stop Operator monitoring of the Southeast Arkansas workforce development area. The scope of the monitoring shall be limited to the role of the One-Stop Operator during Program Years: 2025-2029 (July 1, 2025-June 30, 2030). Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District (SEAEDD) serves as the past and current One Stop Operator.
Obtaining Application Packages:
The full RFQ application package contains the criteria/information, all requisite forms, and instructions. Criteria/information may be requested by contacting Bob Ware, One-Stop Committee Chairperson, Southeast Arkansas Workforce Development Board via email at WareB@uamont.edu
Interested parties may request a RFQ package during May 5, 2025—May 23, 2025.
Deadline for Submission:
The One Stop Monitoring Services proposals must be received via email NO LATER THAN 4:30 p.m. CST on May 30, 2025. (Submit to: Bob Ware, One-Stop Committee Chairperson, Southeast Arkansas Workforce Development Board via email at Wareb@uamont.edu ) Responses received after this date/time will not be considered.
