WORKERS' COMPENSATION THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES RFP

The City of Lawrence invites proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing services as listed below. A three-year contract shall be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer offering the most advantageous proposal taking price into consideration.

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES

Proposals from vendors are due at the City Clerks' Office, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before Wednesday December 10 ^th 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

All proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute.

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or take whatever action is in the best interest of the city.
