Workers Compensation Insurance Administration

Project Description: The City of Norwich (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to administer its workers' compensation claims on a self-insured or fully-insured basis effective July 1, 2026. It is intended that the term of the contract will be for five years subject to a satisfactory annual review. In addition, it is preferred that the Firm be capable of providing other value-added services, including but not limited to, those outlined in the Scope of Services.
Firms may submit a proposal to administer the City’s self-insured Workers’ Compensation program or provide the City with a fully insured Workers Compensation program. Firms may provide proposals for both options.
