Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified third-party workers' compensation contractor. The Contractor will be responsible for providing a proactive and organized system of service to administer workers' compensation claims and deliver benefits to injured employees. This will be carried out in a self-insured environment and in compliance with Arizona's statutory and regulatory requirements. The City’s current contract expires on June 30, 2025.
