Notes:
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from
qualified contractors to provide work zone sign pacakage (materials) for the ISU
Institute for Transportation Department.
Contractors should read all materials carefully and note the due date.
Bids will be submitted through the ISUbid system.
Contractors must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid
opportunity.

2 Additional information/specifications
All items to meet Iowa DOT Specification Section 4186.03 for retro reflectivity for use on all Iowa Highways. See link in
attribute #3
All products shall be delivered between April 1- 5, 2024 to the following address:
Iowa State University
Central Receiving
2105 East Lincoln Way
Ames, IA 50010
Delivery hours are between 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M- F. Contractor shall notify Central Receiving staff, 24 hours in
advance of delivery.
ISU does not want delivery of these items before April 1, 2024.
After delivery to ISU, vendor will email/send an itemized invoice to ISU for payment. ISU will not prepay for items.

6 In response to this RFP/RFQ and after carefully reviewing all instructions, scope of work/specifications, and terms in
the RRP/RFQ documents, submits this Proposal as an offer to enter into a mutually acceptable contractual
agreement with University. If this Proposal is accepted by University, Contractor agrees to provide goods and/or
furnish services in accordance with this Proposal.
Contractor certifies that: (a) this Proposal is genuine and is not made on behalf of any undisclosed person or entity;
(b) Contractor is not a “Conflict of Interest Vendor”; (c) any prices or hourly rates in the Proposal have been arrived
at independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement with any competitor for the purpose of
restricting competition; (d) any prices or hourly rates which have been provided in this Proposal have not been
knowingly disclosed by Contractor, directly or indirectly, to any competitor; (e) Contractor has not attempted to
induce any person or entity to submit or refrain from submitting a proposal for the purpose of restricting
competition; and (f) Contractor has not offered or made a gift to a University employee in violation of Iowa law.
