Project Description: CCC invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the design, implementation, and support of a Work-Based Learning (WBL) Management Platform. CCC operates multiple WBL models across its seven colleges and five satellite locations throughout Chicago, engaging students, employers, and internal staff. As WBL programming continues to expand across this system. CCC seeks a centralized, scalable platform to manage student participation, skill development, employer engagement, and program outcomes.
This RFP is intended to identify a vendor that can deliver a flexible, user-friendly solution that supports the full WBL lifecycle while providing CCC with the ability to track student trajectories and improve program effectiveness.
The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can create and support a Work-Based Learning platform that allows students (participants), employers, and CCC staff to track and engage with students’ progression through one or more WBL program(s).
The platform must support career readiness and skill development, enable structured employer engagement and feedback, and provide CCC staff with tools to manage programs, resources, and reporting across CCC student systems.
CCC intends to award one, three (year) contract with an option for two(2) one-year extensions.
