The Massachusetts Port Authority (the “Authority” or “Massport”), owner and operator of Worcester Regional Airport (“Worcester” or “ORH”), is seeking request for proposals for the airside renovation or new development of Building 5 that would enhance the airport’s operational capabilities and economic impact, consistent with Worcester’s role as a commercial and general aviation facility. The proposer(s) selected through this RFP will be responsible for the development, financing, design, permitting (including, without limitation, filing airspace obstruction analysis with FAA), construction, operation, and maintenance for one or more permitted uses as defined in the RFP.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Massachusetts Port Authority (the "Authority" or "Massport"), owner and operator of
Worcester Regional Airport ("Worcester" or "ORH"), is seeking request for proposals for the
airside renovation or new development of Building 5 that would enhance the airport's
operational capabilities and economic impact, consistent with Worcester's role as a commercial
and general aviation facility. The proposer(s) selected through this RFP will be responsible for

As further described in the RFP, proposals for the opportunities offered in the RFP must be
