Two projects are included in this advertisement. The first project is the City of Kissimmee
Woodside Drainage Improvements, Phase 2 that begins at Heron Ditch east of Dyer
Boulevard and continues to the west through the Kissimmee Gateway Airport to the

under Dyer Boulevard, and into the existing airport ditch. The existing ditch within the
airport will be regraded and armored. A 72-inch storm sewer will be constructed from the
airport ditch, under Hoagland Boulevard, to the existing ditch along the Kissimmee Trail.
The 72-inch pipe will be jack and bored under Hoagland Boulevard. The existing ditch
along the Kissimmee Trail will be regraded and armored. Construction activities also

project is funded through a combination of sources including the Community Development

Commerce with the source of these federal funds being the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD), as authorized by Federal Register Notice 84 FR 45838,
dated August 30, 2019.
The second project is the Toho Water Authority Woodside Utility Relocations, Phase 2

relocating a 30-inch sanitary force main adjacent to the ditch within the Kissimmee
Gateway Airport and along Dyer Boulevard, as well as relocating a 12-inch watermain
