Project Description: The project involves the replacement of the existing baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball courts at Woodlawn Park in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, PA. Improvements include a natural turf baseball field, multi-purpose paved courts, playground, asphalt trails, lighting, irrigation system, and associated parking and stormwater management facilities.
The Contract consists of a Base Bid and six (6) Add/ Alternate Bid items. Issuance of Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be on or about June 1, 2026, with Substantial Completion by November 12, 2026.
