112 Woodlawn Ave Demolition

The City of Aurora invites you to bid on the anticipated demolition of a single-family residence. This structure is two (2) stories and wood framed. The scope of demolition services requested shall include demolition and haul off all building materials to an elevation of one foot below existing ground elevation.   The remaining portion of the structure (basement, crawl space, foundation) which extend more than one foot below grade shall be cut off and left in place.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, January 27, 2025. Bidders should meet at 112 Woodlawn Avenue, Aurora, IL 60506. Bidders must be present at the START of the meeting to qualify to bid on the project. This is the ONLY opportunity to view the inside of the property.

The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that will apply to this contract.
