Woodland Pump Station & Temporary Force Main. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing and installing the pump station wet well, generator, vaults, pumps and associated equipment and controls, electrical panels and cabinets, canopy, power meter, backflow preventer, reinforced concrete pads, asphalt pavement, walls, chain link fence, conduit and wiring, trench dams, various sizes of sewer pipe, concrete manholes, corrosion resistant manholes, and other associated improvements.

The Successful lowest bidder shall provide all necessary design work, details, calculations and other information required to acquire the Electrical Permit(s) from Puget Sound Energy and Fire Permits from Pierce County for the proposed Engine/Generator System. The Owner will obtain a Class C Right-of-Way permit from Pierce County for all work in County Right-of-Way. The Contactor shall comply with all conditions of the issued Right-of-Way permit.
