Woodland Drive Tank Rehabilitation

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Wiggins shall receive separate sealed bids for the Woodland Drive Tank Rehabilitation no
later than 10:00 A.M., Local Time, April 29, 2026, at City Hall located at 117 First Street, Wiggins,
Mississippi 39577. All bids so received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Work shall consist essentially of repair, cleaning, and painting of a 100,000 gallon elevated water storage
tank.
Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and
are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential sub-contracting opportunities, equipment,
material and/or supply needs.

that it will affirmatively insure that a contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be

All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from www.ticeengplans.com upon
payment of a non-refundable fee for each set. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a
Performance Bond and a Payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the
contract amount.
A complete bid proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited with the City Clerk, 117
First Street, Wiggins, Mississippi 39577, prior to the hour and date above designated. At the Bidder's
option, in lieu of submitting a physical sealed Bid, electronic bids may be submitted at
www.ticeengplans.com. Bids shall be received electronically until the date/time as stated above. For any
questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Plan House at (662) 407-0193. Electronic
submittal of Bids is not required. The City of Wiggins has the right to reject any and all bids received.
