Description:

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed prices from authorized distributors who can provide and deliver Zeager Brother’s brand Woodcarpet® on an as needed basis for its Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) to various parks and community centers throughout the County.

The County currently has Zeager Brother’s band Woodcarpet® and its related drainage systems installed at approximately 20 parks and community centers throughout the County. In order to maintain the existing warranties as well as uniformity and consistency with all locations, the County will not be accepting any other brands of engineered wood fiber.

Pre-Bid Conference:

An optional pre-bid conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
