REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Public Notice
Klamath County Public Health (KCPH) is seeking proposals from homeowners to change out woodstoves for Certified low emission woodstove heat sources. Homeowners within a designated area of Chiloquin, shown in Exhibit A, are invited to submit proposals. Proposals may be for owner occupied or rented dwellings.
The RFP document may be obtained from the undersigned at 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 or by calling (541) 851- 3693 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The RFP is also available at below related documents link. There is NO mandatory pre-proposal conference.

Sealed Proposals marked "Chiloquin Woodstove Change Out" shall be received by the Contract and Risk Manager no later than 2 p.m., April 08, 2019 at the address listed on the front page of the RFP. Proposals may be delivered via U.S. Mail or courier, faxed or electronically transmitted or hand-delivered. Proposals shall be sent to the attention of Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager. Late Proposals shall not be accepted.

Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so. This grant opportunity is dependent upon available funding.
