New Caney ISD is seeking proposals for a Turn-key serving line remodels at:
White Oak Middle School
24161 Brian Berry Lane
Porter, TX 77365
and
Bens Branch Elementary School
24160 Briar Berry Lane
Porter, TX 77365
Project deadline will be July 31, 2026.
Proposers finding errors, requests for additional information, omissions, or corrections that need to be made in these document specifications shall submit all questions through IonWave before March 9, 2026 4pm, CST. Addenda & all responses to questions (If required) will be posted March 18, 2026.
A Voluntary Pre-Bid Walk will begin at White Oak Middle School on February 25, 2026 at 2pm and continue to Bens Branch Elementary School after.
Contract Terms:
Set for April 2026 Board approval.
NCISD reserves the right to award to a single exclusive vendor or to multiple vendors as determined through the proposal evaluation process. NCISD reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions, scope of work, prices, and any other terms prior to the award.
