Event Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified organizations to provide a full-time Intermediate-Level Epidemiologist specializing in women’s health. This role is critical to advancing public health initiatives focused on pregnancy-associated and maternal mortality, maternal morbidity, and other women’s health initiatives. The selected consultant will work in partnership with Prevention Services to prevent pregnancy-associated deaths and collaborate closely with the Office of Public Health Nursing to address maternal morbidity and risk factors impacting women’s health.
Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be e-mailed to Fabricia Latterell, Maternal and Child Health Epidemiologist, at fabricia.latterell@state.sd.us with the subject line “RFP #25-0904004-008”.
The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
