306/WJ20260324 Water System Sampling & Treatment

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide water system treatment and sampling services at a state-operated facility in Columbus, Ohio.

The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and technical expertise necessary to perform water system treatment and associated water quality sampling in accordance with Ohio Department of Health standards.

Work shall be coordinated to minimize disruption to facility operations. All work is to be performed during designated off-peak hours, starting at 6:00 PM Friday through 2:00 PM Saturday.

Services will include post-treatment water sampling at multiple locations throughout the facility. Final sampling locations and quantities will be determined in coordination with facility maintenance staff. The vendor will be responsible for conducting sampling, handling, and any associated analysis as required.

The vendor shall provide a clear pricing structure, including costs associated with sampling, labor, equipment, and any related expenses necessary to complete the work. Proposal should clearly define any applicable premium rates for overtime or weekend work.

Itemized Quote: Please provide an itemized Quote when submitting your bid.  For any travel related expenses, it must be incorporated within the labor rate.

Controlling Board Threshold: In accordance with Ohio Revised Code 127.162, this solicitation may be subject to Controlling Board threshold. Bids received will be reviewed against our Agency’s Controlling Board threshold. Suppliers exceeding our Agency’s Controlling Board threshold may prevent us from awarding a contract to your organization.
