Witt School Abatement (20 Hyde Park Road), Stafford, Connecticut

The Town of Stafford, Connecticut, is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the abatement of the former Earl M. Witt School at 20 Hyde Park Road in Stafford, Connecticut. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the project site. The conference is not required to submit a bid, but attendance is strongly encouraged. Sealed bids for the Witt School Abatement for the Town of Stafford, Connecticut, will be received at the Stafford Town Clerk until 2:00 PM prevailing time, on June 3, 2026, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretations of the Advertisement for Bids, Form of General Bid, Agreement, Specifications or Bonds, must be submitted via email to the Project Engineer (Botticello.Peter@wseinc.com), Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., by May 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM. An interpretation of all questions so raised which, in the Engineer’s opinion requires interpretation, will be emailed to prospective bidders at the addresses given by them by May 28, 2026.
