Prime contractors must be pre-qualified by the Citrus County School Board prior to submitting a bid. Prime contractor’s bids must be within the bid limits specified on their pre-qualification certificate. For contractor pre-qualification information call the Citrus County School Board Facilities and Construction Department at 352/726-1931, ext. 2208. Bidders may view and/or download the Contract Documents as Adobe.pdf files through the internet for free by contacting REI Engineers, Inc., 9720 Princess Palm Ave, Suite 144, Tampa, FL 33619, phone number 813-944-2137.
