Wishing Spring Trail

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified and experienced Contractors for the construction, including the supply of necessary labor, materials and equipment, of the Wishing Spring Trail, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreations Department. The Public Improvement Project for the Wishing Spring Trail involves the construction of approximately 2,500 linear feet of 12-ft wide concrete multiuse greenway trail with two 14’ wide bridges (3 spans) crossing McKisic Creek and Little Sugar Creek to once again connect Bentonville’s greenway to Bella Vista’s greenway with the Red Iron Bridge connection out of commission. The trail runs from a connection to an existing concrete trail adjacent to NW Wishing Springs Dr., then crosses McKisic Creek before turning northwest to run adjacent to McKisic Creek and crossing under McNelly Rd. Next the trail continues north to cross over Little Sugar Creek, and finally, the trail connects into an existing asphalt greenway trail on the northeast side of Little Sugar Creek. The entire trail is located within the City of Bentonville, Bentonville, Arkansas.
